ProFlex® 4000 Wrist Brace Support for Right Hand/Wrist, Thumb Loop, Single Strap

We want you to get the right supplies. Because we ship medical and personal-care products, we can only accept returns that meet the conditions below. Please read them before ordering, especially for special-order items.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@soundmedicalsupplies.com or (614) 654-6591 with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. Items under a manufacturer recall are always eligible.

Other returns

You may request a return of an eligible item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

• unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, with all labels intact;
• in resalable condition and not past or near its expiration date;
• returned so that we receive it within 30 days of your order date.

Returns must be approved first. Email or call us for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions before sending anything back. Packages sent without an RA number cannot be accepted or refunded.

Not returnable

Unless the item is damaged, defective, wrong, or recalled, we cannot accept returns of:

• Special-order items: products marked "Special order — ships in 2–4 weeks." These are ordered for you from the manufacturer and are final sale.
• Opened or used items, and any personal-care or hygiene product once its packaging is opened (for example incontinence, ostomy, wound care, skin care, and oral care products).
• Over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, supplements, nutrition and formula products.
• Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products.
• Hazardous materials, including aerosols, flammable products and certain disinfectants.
• Products marked "non-returnable" on the product page, discontinued products, and clearance items.
• Custom or made-to-order products.

Fees and shipping

• No restocking fee.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error, damage, defect, or recall.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order shipped free because it was $150 or more and a return brings it below $150, we may deduct the standard $9.99 shipping charge from your refund.
• Orders of $500 or more, and any single item of $500 or more, need our approval before a return is accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return (or approve a damage or defect claim), we issue the refund to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Some items ship back to the manufacturer's warehouse rather than to us; your return instructions will say where to send them.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no charge until it ships. Special-order items cannot be cancelled once ordered from the manufacturer.

Business accounts

The same policy applies to business customers unless a written agreement says otherwise.
