Medical nutrition: Optifast post-bariatric shakes and supplements, adult nutritional formulas, tube-feeding nutritionals, vitamins and minerals for therapeutic diets. Post-bariatric patients on an Optifast-style protocol go through shakes in flavor rotation — plan, don't wing it: our post-bariatric ICP work says patients do best with four to six flavors in weekly rotation, and single flavors ordered by the case go unopened and wasted. Facility buyers treat nutritionals as monthly consumable spend with unit economics that matter; per-serving pricing is shown so the math works. Home users topping up intake (elderly, recovering) usually need one bottle at a time, not a case.

Storage and dating: formulas carry long shelf lives but rotation matters — order what you'll use in the date window, store away from heat. Shakes are food products subject to the same hygiene rules as any consumable; discoloration, off smell or clumping that won't stir means discard.
