Exam Gloves

Gloves by the box and case — the highest-volume consumable in almost every facility list. Nitrile is the workhorse: puncture-resistant, chemical-resistant, and latex-free, which is the standard in any setting with latex-sensitive staff or patients. Vinyl (the economy vinyl gloves we stock) is the economy choice for short tasks — food service, cleaning, quick checks — where stretch and chemical resistance aren't needed. Latex exam gloves still exist for fit and tactile feel but bring allergy risk; check each listing for the glove material before you order.

Sizing runs small/medium/large/extra-large by hand, not by glove; facilities that buy one size for everyone pay for it in tears and complaints. Boxes are 100; cases of 1,000 (10 boxes) cut the per-glove price meaningfully — enough that monthly glove spend is the easiest single line to negotiate down in a standing order.

Non-sterile exam gloves are not surgical gloves and not chemo-rated; check the listing for any task beyond routine contact. Powdered vs. powder-free: powder-free is the current default everywhere for good reason.
