Wipes & Skin Care

Skin is the half of incontinence care that gets forgotten until it hurts. Leaks raise skin pH, urine and stool enzymes attack the surface, and dermatitis sets in fast — which is why perineal cleansers, no-rinse washes and pH-balanced cloths exist as their own product class rather than a bar of soap.

Our wipes and skin-care line covers the routine: perineal cleansers (like the Peri-family no-rinse washes) that clean and restore pH without scrubbing, adult washcloths — including aloe and vitamin E packs for larger areas — and barrier products that protect intact skin before moisture does its damage. The sequence that prevents most incontinence-associated dermatitis: cleanse gently, pat dry completely, apply barrier, then pad or brief. Skipping the dry step is as common as skipping the barrier.

Watch for two failure signs: persistent redness that blanches (early IAD — intensify the barrier routine) and any open, weeping or spreading area (call the clinician — that's beyond supplies). We sell supplies, not care; anything concerning belongs with a nurse or doctor. For caregivers building a monthly kit we can bundle briefs, pads, cleansers and cloths on one standing quote at /pages/for-facilities. Questions? Call (614) 654-6591.
