Paper: Towels, Tissue & Table Paper
The paper aisle: multifold and single-fold towels by case, facial tissue (boxed, bulk-pack and canister for dispensers), table paper rolls for exam tables and massage chairs, and toilet tissue. These are the quiet monthly-spend categories — no single case is expensive, but a facility's annual paper number is real money, and it's the line most buyers never audit.
The two mistakes: dispenser mismatch and sheet-count confusion. Towel and tissue cases are cut to fit specific dispensers — multifold into center-pull or wall dispensers, hard-roll into standing units — check your fixture before ordering a new brand; a case of wrong-fold towels is a return or a jammed dispenser. And '100 sheets' on a 2-ply towel is 50 uses; compare listings by ply and use-count, not the sheet number printed biggest.
Table paper comes in 8.5, 19.75 and 21-inch widths on core rolls; exam tables take the 21. Clinics, schools and offices: paper is the easiest standing order we run — send the current case inventory and we'll price a month at a time.
